Canned Soup Cottage Pie

Canned soup that’s chunky
Frozen mashed potato
Beaten egg (optional)
Grated cheese (optional)
It doesn’t get much lazier than this and it makes it look like you are actually cooking something because the oven is on, lol. Grab some ovenproof dishes that are approximately one serving size each. Spray them with your oil of choice. Half fill with your favourite chunky canned soup. Top with slabs or tubs (depends on the brand) of frozen mashed potato. If you’re feeling up to it (lol) brush the tops with a beaten egg and sprinkle over some grated cheese. Throw into the oven at about 175c til the tops brown up. Simple, easy, lazy cooking, lol.
